Clare W. Graves: Levels of Human Existence, a transcription by William R. Lee
This book is derived from a presentation by Dr. Graves at the Washington School of Psychiatry. It lays out a good  summary of his work and some of the studies he used to validate his point of view. Dr. Graves's theory is the essence of Spiral Dynamics.

    An authorized reprint of the article in Canada's prominent news and analysis journal offering an early perspective on Clare Graves' theory and its applications to issues of the times. Includes remarks from an interview with Dr. Graves and a "rating game" for identifying one's own system.

  • Issues of Diversity (Cowan & Roger A. Ruth)
    Diversity has multiple dimensions. Traditional approaches deal with race, gender, age, physical abilities, etc. This paper suggests that while human diversity includes those factors, it is also important to consider two more dimensions -- the states of change and the vMEMEs which are active in a population since they frequently are much more significant markers of difference than appearance or even culture traits.
